Room was spotless. Courteous staff.

Lovely hotel, food was really nice, rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble we were very well looked after.

Room was very good and clean, nice selection of tea and coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful, food was good. Great location.The only thing I would say though, is that the staff could be better presented, when you first arrived it was hard to tell them from general members of the public, as some were in jeans and random jumpers, sweatshirts, trainers etc, would have been nice to gave sone sort of conformity

Little bit disappointed to be in the Annexe. Where room was very small and little hanging or storage place.

We had a short weekend break at the The Beach House. This is a wonderful Arts and Crafts building with fantastic period features and a great history. We stayed in a room with a breathtaking sea view, the bed was really comfortable and the room spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The hotel even has two EV fast chargers.

Das Anwesen ist kolossal schön, wunderbar eingerichtet, und unser Zimmer ein Bijoux: gross, hell, stilvoll und ruhig. In 2 Minuten ist man am Strand - ein wahrer Hochgenuss! Kulinarisch wird man nicht nur mit fester Nahrung verwöhnt; man merkt sofort, dass die Eigentümer aus der Bierbranche kommen :-)

We had dinner the first night. My husband enjoyed the steak pie. I had the mushroom burger and have to say that it was not good. The mushroom patty was very overcooked and the dish was tasteless but I did not say anything at the time as it was our anniversary and I did not want to spoil the evening. The breakfasts, however, were very nice. There was an amazing selection of dishes all very well prepared. The staff here are fantastic but they need more help. I know that employing staff is difficult but they are short staffed. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, the price was excellent and I will stay again and recommend the hotel to others.

Such a beautiful place! Highly recommend for the awesome ocean walks and fantastic rooms.

Nott as good as previous stays - now looks like poor value for money

One night stay - room was clean but very small and very hot! No air- con and no open windows. Very poor sleep in small cheap bed.

The room was clean, well set out and comfortable but when it says ‘comfy double’ be prepared for small. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The checkin experience to the shine off the rest of our stay. We came home the next day as I was unwell.

It was a wonderful stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. It was beautifully furnished and decorated, and perfectly situated near the ocean with a small town nearby. The only thing I want to mention is that I wish we could drop off our bags before check-in, but I understand the situation. Also, public transportation was a bit inconsistent, but that's not the hotel's fault—just something for travelers without a car to be aware of!
