The room was comfortable and well equipped. The rest of the resort is old and shabby. We received no instructions on arrival for any pool times, check out times and dog areas.

Room was adequate. Little soulless and quite stark but passable for me travelling alone. Small things such as no towel racks in bathroom were irritating

The holiday was amzazing, the rooms could do with a re-vamp. We could see loads of work going on. Definitely on our to come back list.

Accommodation was very good as was the bar and entertainment. The restaurant food was amazing. Staff were helpful, engaging and polite.

We never even got to check in. We checked in online before 6p. We arrived at 7:10p, (after 6pm) and they did not have record of our checkin time. The way that they do their "LATE" checkin is that they pass it off to the owner of a local resturaunt and they handle it. They were not notified and had no record of our time, very confusing. We left after waiting an hour to go find a different place to stay. We would like to be refunded since we never were even given a room to stay.
