Easy parking, amazing staff, we were made so welcome, thank you Tom!

There was stains on the mattress. The window in the corridor was ridden with the bottom corner of the window frame missing leaving the glass exposed. The water pressure was so bad the shower was barely usable and had to hold it in my hand to wash.

Positives: Free parking on the street, WiFi at the property. Staff friendly, Negatives: booked a deluxe suite but received 2 different rooms on the same floor with shared bathroom. Even if we were the only ones at the floor it had direct access from the staircase. Pictures are misleading, the property looks much worse. Poor options on breakfast.

Lovely man Tom who was very friendly/ even took our bags up to room with my husband having a bad hip .Close to some little bars and a few nice restaurants. Try the little Greek restaurant opposite the co op convience shop .Food is delicious and home cooked traditional Greek food serving by the owner and his daughter . Nice big room we stayed in which allows dogs /right opposite beach at top end

Manager Tom is very helpful person. Superb view from hotel and next time definitely book same hotel.

So far the Manor Hotel is a great place to stay. This is right on the beach and 10 minutes walk to town centre so we didn’t use the car for most of the days. We actually walk to all the local attraction in Llandudno. Coming back to the hotel, the manger of the place Tom was amazing. He was very friendly, accommodating when we needed anything and he made sure our stay was pleasant. I really recommend this to anyone visiting Llandudno

Bed was broken and uncomfortable bathroom wasn’t that clean

the staff is very friendly and accomodating. the view from the beach is also very nice.

Room adequate however curtains falling off, door didn't shut unless you locked it, bath seal not on bath so floor very wet after shower, extractor needs attention it made hell of a noise, sink usable but cracked. Room half painted. Stairs to the basement dangerous as a boxing in comes over to far on the bend so you can only use the thinner part of the steps.

There was no free parking. I was not impressions with the breakfast I paid £32 expecting a hot breakfast but it was a continental breakfast It wasn’t the best although the member staff did go out of his way to provide scrambled egg. The room wasn’t ready. I was offered an alternative room which I wasn’t happy about but again the member of staff made up the bedroom for me and the kids we had the attic floor the room was clean and tidy super king-size bed with a Tv the kids room was very small and very basic but comfortable for the kids. It was a little bit unorganised but again the member of staff did go out of his way to make things right and comfortable

Unkempt, sliding en suite door didnt fit the frame,no handles on either side. White gloss paint all over the floor. Double room,1 lamp,1cup,1glass.Brand new towels,1 each so no hand towels for hair etc.

Terrible hotel to stay in. Beds creek, rooms are smelly and breakfast is equally terrible.

Good hospitality and friendly staff Should keep attention on safety such as electric wire cords as it’s not suitable for kids (not approved cord with covered plug ports) Other all good. Heating is good

Budget hotel. Budget stay. Staff were lovely and very helpful, but the hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. We travelled with two adults, a toddler and newborn. There is a lot of steps up to the property and things double doors, no way your getting a pram into it. Lots of tight stairs and corridor's to the rooms. The doors are all heavy fire doors which slam shut so unfortunately woke the kiddos, but that's not the hotels fault. The room was stuffed with the beds so you had to shimmy around to get to the bathroom or wardrobe, couldn't open the bathroom door properly because of the bed placement. Shower was dire, either freezing or scalding hot. If you only sleeping in there then it's ideal budget night away, but we came back in her afternoon for naps and it was a tight squeeze.

In dire need of upgrade, very tired. Bed was comfy, sheets were clean.
