Great communication. Problem with the key card sorted really easily and quickly

The apartment is in a great location, local shops & takeaways were handy, very easy to check in and out. It’s very spacious and the beds are comfortable if I was to stay here again I would ask not to be on the ground floor as we were unable to open up the patio doors & in this heat the apartment was very warm.

I loved the en-suite lovely big bed.The kitchen was excellent had everything you needed.It was very warm in the front room.there is a local shop down the road and the bus stops outside.it was extremely clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

I can't actually rate this property as they cancelled our booking the day before we were due to arrive, totally unprofessional. Even though we booked in January (and they took payment the week before we were due to stay in early June), we were told they had double booked. But if that was the case, the other party must have booked after they took our payment, however it was our room they cancelled. We were attending a wedding a few minutes away from the hotel, but we ended up having to stay in Leeds city centre with a significantly higher cost. To be avoided.

All very clean and great facilities. We liked the ground coffee and cafetiere! Reasonable price too. However out of 6 windows, one had a black blind, two had non-blackout white blinds, and two had no blinds at all. We had eye masks but were woken about 4.45am by the light.

Very clean, quiet and spacious. All the facilities required for a good stay. Exceptional price and value for money.

No stay to comment on. Stood outside in the rain, unable to check in, calling the onsite number that was unavailable

The oven not working upon arrival, reported to hotel reception the next day, but never got fixed before we left. Also, no communication on that during the stay.

The service was good just couldn't understand why there isn't a shower door when having a shower in the master room apart from that it could be done with a fan or AC .apart from that the service was early good.

A great space for a short break, with open plan kitchen / diner and two good sized rooms. Beds were excellent, all the whole apartment clean an well presented on arrival. Some lovely extras, and an unexpected but appreciated turn down service in our two night stay). The comms pre-arrival could have been better as we didn't receive notification of how and where to collect the keys, which we then had to find out for ourselves on arrival. Small things though, and soon sorted.

V large space, we stayed 2 nights. It's close to food shops and has good parking. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen modern and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Staff in the reception near the centre are v friendly and helpful. A few minor niggles. The en-suite had no shower gel or soap. The hand soap dispenser was empty and not refilled. We used the milk and tea sachets the 1st day but they were not replenished so we had to go out and buy our own milk and tea. We asked for an extra bath towel as there were 3 of us and only 2 bath towels. We went to reception to collect it as the cleaner forgot to leave one. Other than that, v enjoyable stay.

Roomzzz in Headingley Leeds is a wonderful place to be for a longer periode. My flat had two bedrooms a bath tube and a shower with each a toilet, a living room with a kitchen. For the time there I was told it is a bit warm and indeed, it was warm. However with skilled aeration of the flat, the temperature was bearable.

Had a lot of space, good kitchen area, comfortable, shops nearby. Would stay here again/
