Lovely old building(s) as we were in the annexe. A little tired in some places but overall well maintained, spacious and good facilities. Staff were exceptionally efficient, friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection and quality was also superb. Free parking a bonus. Many thanks - we’d definitely stay again!

Had a great stay at the Haley hotel. Love the property and staff. Had to catch a plane too early in the morning to have breakfast but I have no doubt it would’ve been very good.

Breakfast was nice, staff was very friendly. I booked this hotel for parking but had to park on the road. Also the room was very dated but it was clean and tidy so all in all it was ok.

Receptionists were friendly. The host at breakfast ensured my vegan sausages (ordered at reception the day before) were freshly heated on my arrival and breakfast was lovely. He was attentive and polite. Room was very clean with a view overlooking the garden (Room 1, double, first floor). It's one street away from the main Headingley Lane bus stops straight into Leeds City Centre and buses are regular. Lots of pubs, restaurants, hustle & bustle (it's the student area of the city). Competitively priced.

There is free on site parking. The room was very clean and the staff are very nice. The breakfast is a choice of cereals, some fruit even though it was out of a tin you could choose from grapefruit, mandarins and prunes. There was also a cooked breakfast and some pastries all help yourself A good choice of teas and coffee

Stayed for a weekend as another hotel was full. I had a lovely time. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were fantastic and friendly.

Everything about my stay was spot on. Very smooth and easy check in, lovely quiet location and my single room was actually very generous in size and also very comfortable. The breakfast service the following morning was very calm and peaceful and the hot buffet was exactly how I like it. The staff are also very helpful. All in all I will definitely be choosing to stay again

There were faeces in the toilet, and the bowl was disgustingly filthy. The duvet cover and the spoons were dirty. Because the housekeepers had finished their shift, the receptionist had to clean the toilet bowl and change the duvet. I've stayed at this hotel before in the same room and it was spotless, hence my return there. I definitely won't be staying there again.

Lovely comfy room and spacious queen bed listed as single (so a nice bonus there). All staff were friendly and helpful - especially Paul on the front desk who sorted me out a working remote control within minutes. Lovely breakfast too.
