Window did not close shut, no heating (only small oil heater). Disrupted sleep with so many people shagging in hallway and rooms surrounded, no sound proofing at all. Cleanish with some hairs

Very clean. Is a parking lot nearby 2 mins opposite church £5.80 for 24hrs. Got email with instructions to enter. You need to get code to open little lock boxes just outside front door. Is a restaurant next door, think same owner. Were friendly if need advice to enter. Might want earplugs Sunday morning as church bells ring, but i like that. Overall great place and very reasonable price. Right downtown too.

Good value

The room was smelly due to the shower trap probably dried out. Needs to have water run through on a regular basis. . The room was quite noisy as it overlooked the courtyard.

Noise from room 3 arguments going on till early hours awakened me seemed to sound like a lot of people.

Started off badly with the room we were issued having a drainage issue causing a bad smell in the room. We spoke to staff through Expedia who offered us a different room. The staff were helpful and made the change in rooms easy and after the bad start everything after was good. Nice quiet place, rooms are nice to look at and clean

Room was fine, bed was a bit hard.

Very clean and modern, easy awlf service check in, everything we needed in the room inc towels tea and coffee etc, quiet at night

Checking in was not what I expected, but adapt, improvise modify and overcome. The room was ok. I suppose for the price the TV was Ok, but I missed my HD transmissions. My bette noirse with this and so many other hotels is the small basin in the bathroom with a monobloc tap. So difficult to was one's face properly having to avoid a forehead injury. Great curry at the Everest Lounge.

Room and en suite both clean and good quality. Room (no 11) at top of building so v warm in hot weather - fan provided but quite noisy. Tea and coffee facilities. TV missing remote but not major issue. Quality of care from staff top rate - had cut knee outside and staff responded v quickly with providing and fitting plaster. Great job - thank you.

The check in was smooth.. id asked to check in earlier which was accommodated. I had a contact number for any problems or needing help. Earlie check in cost an extra £10. Very happy with room, nice and clean.staff very polite. Parking just down the road.. shame its not free. Lots of place's to eat in. Generally happy.

Good value hotel in convenient position near railway station, pubs restaurants and shops and I really liked our ensuite wet room. Although no breakfast in hotel we went to nearby cafe for lovely coffee and breakfast..

For the price they are charging, I would say it’s basic hotel & no facilities.
