I am so sorry but i gave this hotel 3 chances, the boss and manager i really nice people but the sheets on the bed dont get changed, there were hairs and crumbs and smell of other people in the bed, i had to strip it and sleep on the stained mattress, room smelled bad of B.O. no towels in room, and carpet looked like it hadn’t been hoovered in weeks if not longer, im so sorry but this hotel needs cleaners!! Again i am so sorry to the owner for writing this, you have always been kind to me but you urgently need to do something here

Staff were not available to talk to, TV was not working and could not access Wi Fi. Toilet seat broken, and hot water was at best only tepid. However, the price was right and we will probably be back next year as it is very convenient to where we need to be.

My time at the Tor Part Hotel was comfortable but l was disappointed that l had to ask for mug/spoon. There was no bell/no one at the desk to push if you wanted to find out something. Hair in bathroom opposite toilet was unpleasant but great nite sleep and me time.

Staff were fine, room was good, the shower was under powered though, other than that all was ok

The office behind reception looked like a junkyard, the toilet in our room was not clean on arrival. The mattresses in rooms were very uncomfortable due to the springs. This place was cheap but for good reasons. Would not stay again .

No heating in the room, very loud guests. Fire alarm went off half way through the night due to dodgy sensors Put note on to say that i had mobility problems, and got put in a room with stairs getting to it and got told oh its only 4 steps

Room in good condition and clean, but needs some tlc. But it did what it said on the tin. And I paid £25 for a double room for the night for 2. I was dreading the worse. I got what i paid for and was relieved it was clean and made a good stop for the night.

I don't normally write reviews but feel the need here to protect others. The buildings is shabby, unloved, everywhere you look paint, wallpaper, cleaning is required. The room service didn't exist. There we no staff onsite. Promised breakfast no breakfast!! It's incredible hotels this bad exist in the UK. You have been warned!!!

We had a one night stay in the hotel, we were greeted and made to feel very welcome. The hotel is an old build but is very clean, the room was huge with a double bed and bunk beds. Bedding was fresh and clean, bathroom clean and the water lovely and hot with lots of fresh towels. Overall a great stay, will definitely book again. Highly recommend if your in Torquay

We couldn’t stay there we when to the room took one look and I had leave the room was disgusting hole in wall. stain and hair on the pillow and bed

The hotel seemed ok , room was passable but night time was horrendous on a night with really bad banging , breakfast was terrible.

We only used this as a crash pad while visiting family over Xmas, it did the job nicely! Very friendly check in staff who helped carry our bags to the room, large family room, nice powerful shower, very basic breakfast but can't complain for the price.

Stayed here only because it’s close to where I was going. Check in wasn’t the most friendliest was even told to come back as he was going off to pray. Music and what seemed like parties were going on through the night! Cold in the room. Where was the heating? Had to leave early and checked out a day early due to private matter and was quite happy to get out of there with the party bus next to my room. The hotel refused to give back money for the night I have payed for. I’m sure the hotel is a place for ex prisoners staying

Got given a room that hadn't been Cleaned initially. Then another room was given but was very tired as is the whole hotel. I waasnt expecting much for the price i paid however a spruce up is badly needed

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing. I cannot rated their attentiveness and willingness to help high enough. Made me feel very welcome, would highly recommend

We booked Last minuet for 3 nights and were just looking for value for money with 24 hour check in and Free Parking. Overall we were very happy with our stay Parking was free But fairly limited so we had to park on a nearby road on our first night. Town was about a 20-30 minuet walk (quite hilly) with a little pub and various bakeries on route. We were out most of the time but the room was comfortable and spacious. There was also a lounge area with games/books. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel but it looked like a continental was offered. Manager was very friendly and polite. Would deffinatly stay again for a longer visit.
