The property was nice, clean, and comfortable. Downside is there are no refrigerators inside the rooms and my telephone didn't work. Otherwise i enjoyed my short stay and would stay again .

Everything was clean and they had recently done some painting and spruced up the place. Breakfast was not very good - limited selection and the times I went the coffee was almost empty and barely lukewarm, had to ask for milk to be refilled, etc. People at desk were very friendly and helpful. Bed was horrible for us - king bed very soft - you sunk in and felt like you were sliding into middle of bed all night. Because of the bed we will not stay again. If you like super soft no support beds, everything else was good.

This hotel is a gem! Beautifully decorated. Quiet. Most comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was tasty.

Charge the wrong amount on my debit card when I checked in and caused my card not to work for the whole weekend

Breakfast wasn't that great. Rubbery eggs everyday. The eggs were like eating a uninflated whoopie cushion. They didn't appear to rotate breads, bagels. They appeared kinda stale by Friday. Cold cereal was good. Coffee was okay. Rooms were very nice. Clean & housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning my room everyday. Breakfast is my only complaint.

This was a wonderful experience. I had accidentally booked the wrong night and showed up after an 8 Hour Dr. and I had been a no-show the night before and yet the desk was very friendly and helpful in offering me a room that night. I would definitely come back that service that wonderful customer service is becoming very rare these days thank you.

I appreciate this hotel for being there when i visit family. I'm native to the neighborhood and it's usually the only way I'm able to visit home. I find it to be a safe and affordable option.

Convenient

Hotel advertissd as pet friendly, dame in host informed me he had to charge me for the animals. As in an extra charge. Hotel rug was so disgusting my socks were black from walking on it. No ice maker, I asked for extra pillows I got 1. Ac did not work in the room, seemed like the whole hotel did not have ac as I was outside at 3 am and it was as hot in the lobby as in my room.

The website gave it 9 out of ten stars, it was more like 4 stars. Dirty, old, no amenities. Free breakfast was bad.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is clean, is being remodeled and my first floor room was perfect. Very convenient location.

They are in the middle of remodeling, so I had to work around painters, but otherwise, it was a great hotel.

I highly recommend this newly updated hotel.

There was a renovation going on at the front desk when we checked in at 7:00 pm and the strong and chocking smell of “varnish and/or acid and/or superglue like”, greeted us when we entered the facility. They could have done a better job by having some sort of ventilation system or fan, running but it was turned on much later on when the job was completed. The pros are the facility is clean and quiet also, the continental breakfast was sufficient and good.

It was clean and conveniently located for a one night stop traveling.

They were under renovation during our stay, but really didn’t interfere with our room. I’m hoping that they plan to upgrade the size of their televisions because the room was very large and the TV was very far away from the bed and therefore very hard to see it.

We had a $55 dog fee for this dog friendly hotel. It worked out fine. If you have a dog, and go to the opposite side of the pilot, gas station, there’s a small path that will lead you to the neighborhood with a high school and sidewalk. It made for easy dog walking. Breakfast was limited, but free, so no complaints. Unfortunately, both coffee and tea were only lukewarm. They needed to be microwaved. Again not a big deal.

We have stayed at this pet friendly hotel before. Great stipping pointfor us. Clean and friendly. Conveniently located.
