Not enough pillows weren't comfortable, hair in towels

The place was great! Quiet, clean, easy access to parking, central cooling, spacious, beautiful outside seating area.

The housekeeper neger take the trash out and never put new or clean towers also when i coming to check in the lady of front desk said no have clean room 😒 yet

This StayApt is less than a year old, so it was still in good shape. My biggest concern was the gap around the door leading into the room. In the winter I imagine it would let a lot of cold air in, but other than that the place was nice and clean with plenty of room to stretch out and be comfortable and not cramped like in a normal hotel room. I would definitely recommend this place.

The one bedroom plus sofabed in the livingroom area were perfect for us and our daughter. (For sanitary reasons I just would recommend that guests be provided with both a sheet to sleep on AND a sheet to put under the blanket for the sofabed. We were given only one flat sheet and had to request the extra sheet for my daughter to use on the sofa bed.) The separate bedroom, kitchen and large fridge were perfect for our use and made our stay very comfortable!

The room itself was quite nice. Recently constructed you could tell. Has nice amenities for the price. Parking was ample. Room was clean despite other reviews. Negatives: you could hear a child above us running nonstop 7am to nearly midnite. As if doing laps. The light from the courtyard hard to block, had to hang a sheet over the front window to darken room. Toilet flush had low power first two nights of 3, then got better. Overall I would stay here again, but the noise transference is the worse part of the stay here.

Brand new clean hotel apt suite. However there's no after hours staff or amenities like a pool or breakfast on the property.

Nice property

Bathtub was not clean, small black hairs along the top of the tub near the ceiling.

I checked in Thursday and was suppose to check out on Sunday but I ended up checking out on Friday. The lady said I would be refunded for Saturday and Sunday through Expedia. I’ve been calling the hotel since I left James all a sudden is not in and 2 ladies took my phone number assured me James would call me or they would call me once they came from downstairs in the office

The shower curtain was moldy. It should be taken down and washed weekly. The pullout couch had hair on the mattress cover. The mattress had a pee stain.

There was not enough utensils for all of us, no paper towels or dish soap. I was not informed they would be charging one night stay before check in, although I selected “pay at property”

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Not a single complaint. Love spaciousness of rooms and full kitchen. Recommend to everyone.

My family & I stayed the night here after a fun filled day at Hershey Park, we arrived after check-in time and the front desk had the number for me to call when I arrived so I can check in. That allowed the process to be smooth which I loved Looking forward to visiting again!
