Needs better continental breakfast and coffee!

Horrible experience. My family and i were unable to sleep due to loud noises coming from upstairs. People were running back and forth all night non-stop. Carpet was very very dirty. Front staff would not answer and after 10th call the man who answerd had no manners being very sarcastic and was unwilling to help nor nothing was done about the loud noises. Also chips purchased were expired since 2023. Breakfast was supposed to be included and ended at 9:30 way too early.

Lacking hospitality essentials in kitchen and bathroom. Bed was comfortable and nice view.

This was a good stay. The place is quiet, convenient, clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had a room with a kitchen with a full size fridge. That was really nice. But the cupboards were mostly bare and there was no soap to wash them. We made do. The Continental breakfast was not anything to speak of but we had our own food and kitchen upstairs so we were good. Would I stay again, yes.

Take out those terrible large refrigerators in every room making so much noise. I want a quiet hotel room not some huge refrigerator I don’t even need. Staff was real friendly otherwise

It was right off of the interstate and easy access. The rooms were great, nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and was happy to assist with any questions. The continental breakfast that they serve needs a little work other than that everything was great! I only eat yogurt in the morning anyways but for a family that is traveling they should offer a little more than what they do. (just saying).

They should tear out the carpet in pet rooms. It smelled like a kennel and urine and other pet hotel rooms do not. Also there was one small glass and one mug for a place that had a full kitchen. No coffee maker and the ‘breakfast’ was literally pop tarts and some hostess donettes thrown in a container.

Good price for the area and no charge for parking or mini continental breakfast. The room had a dead spider on the windowsill that could have been cleaned. The dishwasher was out of order and no dish soap to wash the 2 glasses we used. Also, the shower had 2 conditioners instead of 1 being the body wash. Overall, it was good for being a 2-1/2 star hotel. We most likely will stay there again if we go back that way.

Really appreciated the clean room. All amenities, room and picture exactly what you get. Very nice staff.

Property is not new and is getting close to needing some upgrades. Room was quite clean. Surrounding Property well taking care of. Hotel staff was outstanding, friendly and quite pleasant.

Arrived at room and it smelled of cigarettes. The quickly gave me a different room. Limited choices for continental breakfast. New facility

Parachute is a wide spot on I-70, but the hotel is very nice and convenient to the freeway. Had dinner at Funky Bear; very nice.
