Rooms are close together and at midnight i could hear another guest talking loudly in hindi at midnight, made it hard to sleep.

Very friendly and considerate stuff. They offered to mind guests bags when guests went to run Gold coast marathon.

It’s not the ritz but you get what you pay for. Perfect for a quick stay. What really made it a good stay, was the excellent service. The lady in reception was so helpful and so kind. I really enjoyed speaking with her. It is also a fabulous location for the beach and glink tram. I really enjoyed myself

If you ever wondered about what a prison cell is like this is the place to try it.. Terrible mattress, jail cell style Bathroom, can hear all the other rooms noises, poor to nothing TV and the room the size of a telephone box…. Definitely give this one a miss and sleep under a bridge…

Had to pay an additional $20 for parking. There was no kettle/ tea/ coffee in room. Room was so small. Had trouble to move with 2 people in there. This is a real budget place and I guess you get what you pay for. Staff member was police and welcoming.

The air conditioning & ceiling fan are both effective. It's very close to the Surfers Paradise tram stop. Good for a budget stay.

No items to eat and cook with .. there is a downstairss area for food to be eaten. Nice place if you are eating out

It's a great location but the advertising is not correct. It is a glorified backpackers hotel and the rooms are very tiny. Ci-Ci on reception was amazing and very helpful but the facilities are not what they are presented as. There was sand in our original bath towels. there are no facilities in the room other than a fridge and TV. The toilet paper roll had not been changed before we arrived.

The location ois Ok, but the hotel is basically for backpackers.

The first room placed in the bed was dirty, they changed rooms for me and being so tired gave up in the second room. Which had dirt on the floor. They charge for parking in their own building. CRAZY

For the cheap price , I didn’t expect too much . Very small and basic room . Had one power point for both fridge and tv. U had to decide what u needed more lol ,, there was no kettle or cups , pretty much just a bed and bathroom in one .. but for the price . I wasn’t expecting much , bed was comfy and clean - that was the main thing

Newly renovated rooms. New aircon new fridges and freshly painted, a wonderful upgrade. The staff are wonderful. The hotel is a street back from the beach and is so close the the main hub of surfers paradise, Cavil Avenue

No elevator. Handy to know when you're on the second floor with luggage.

Pretty average for the price. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and a bit moldy. For the price I thought was very over priced. But I still enjoyed time away from the kids and had a really good sleep

I don't think I've ever checked into a place that has a supposed 4-star rating, lovely photos on-line and descriptions of great amenities, that has been more deceptive than the Breeze Inn. The staff member who welcomed me was lovely; however, the room was tiny and didn't even have the most basic amenities. There was a little fridge, but no hand towels, bathmat or face washers, no hair dryer or even a shelf in the bathroom, which was dirty and full of mould. Looking out the window of our room, we saw towels on a line; presumably, they’re not even commercially cleaned. There was no ventilation or fan in the tiny bathroom, but a sign at reception said that if you showered with the door open, you'd set off the fire alarms and be charged for the fire-dept. call-out; not an ideal set up for two friends sharing a tiny room. The supposed ‘shared kitchen’ was absolutely filthy, and the ‘coffee and tea’ consisted of a tea bag or sachet of coffee powder that had both sugar and creamer combined; no milk, no clean cups or cutlery – or even cleaning products to do it yourself. Suffice it to say, I will never stay there again and would warn others to see it in person before deciding.

Cheap and no frills, good for a quick one night stay. Could have been cleaner. Friendly helpful staff. Had to pay extra for underground secure parking.
