The Solid residence is exactly that. You will not have room service during your stay, you have to manage everything yourself as if it's your own apartment. There are not front desk but an office on the fourth floor for support from friend staff. You are suppose to receive an email prior to your arrival that will tell you how to get to room selected apartment.

Very convenient location and apartment was clean and had all amenities. Lift can be a bit full at times but we had no major waiting times.

The property was clean and the location worked very well for us. The complaint I have is that the building is some 30-story high and there are only 2 small elevators. Around check-out time, it could take a long time for us to squeeze into an elevator to get to the group floor. Not ideal.

子連れで快適に過ごせた。部屋は清潔で、食器など必要なものはすべてあるし、寝具も快適だった。 タオルもたくさんあったので困らなかった。 靴を脱いで上がるスタイルで、くつろげた。 場所もわかりやすい。海雲台駅から近く、1階にランドリー、コンビニがあり、24時間のカフェも対面にある。 素晴らしい景色だった。またここに泊まりたい。

Location was best to go around HaeUnDae beach, shops and restaurants.

Good view, amazing location but every day, all night, the upstairs was too noisy. It was horrible while we were staying there.

너무 좋은 숙소입니다. 위치도좋고 가격도 할인받아서 숙소 퀄리티 대비 좋았고 또 부산에오면 오고싶네요. 주차타워인게 조금 불편하긴 했는데 짐이 많아서 한번에 옮겨야되서.. 그것말고는 강추하는 숙소입니다.

1박2일 동안 편안하게 잘 쉬었다 갑니다. 그런데 요번에 무인호텔이나 안내 사항을 문자로 받아서 제대로 숙지하지 못하여 혼선이 있었네요. 문자 사항을 이메일보다 핸드폰 문자로 보내주시면 더 숙지를 잘 할 수 있을 것 같았습니다
