I enjoyed my stay here. The pods were very clean and quiet, and I slept well. I arrived early and was able to change and store my luggage. The room was comfortable and conveniently located. All staff members were helpful and friendly. I recommend staying here if you don’t require a full size room.

It has everything you need and its futuristic vibe.

The staff was so kind! I was falling asleep at a table, and I believe they made sure I was into my room quickly. They were so helpful and friendly! The hotel is in a great location. I loved all of the little fun features of the room. I was amazed that I couldn’t hear anyone!

The property was a great option for those on a budget, as it offered your own space to rest and relax. The washrooms were shared but there were stalls for toilets and showers and very private and clean. I appreciate the city host for their help, storm made some good recommendations for the area around. Will stay at a cityhub again.

Great place and really good location

Wow, this place is unique. What a great vibe and welcoming staff. Great traveller hub and the hot tub is perfect for connecting with other folks along the way. This space had everything we needed, was minutes from all the local offerings, and offered us quiet and darkness when it was time to rest. This was the last stop on our honeymoon and they threw in a bottle of bubbly upon entry to the roomvwey impressed! We will return!

Everything seemed very clean. Staff were helpful. The room size is not for everyone but it was fine for me. The bed was very comfortable.

My wife and I really liked the location. It was convenient to everything in Reykjavík. The staf was incredibly helpful and nice. However, we were taken aback when we first entered our hub. We’re older and not really physically ready to perform gymnastics getting in and out of them. We made the best of our week there. When I reserved Citi Hub, the pictures I saw on Expedia did not accurately depict these rooms nor was there any indication the hotel had shared bathrooms. If you prefer hostels, this is for you.

This is basically a hostel just at outrageously high prices. You have to share the bathroom with many strangers. This was not pointed out clearly upfront and was disappointing. The staff was very nice and accommodating though.

If you drive. You have to hope for one of the 6 parking spots on the street are available. Luckily one was for us. Check in was easy. Bathrooms were not clean due to other guests. Was at Hub for only 2 nights and each day at least one bathroom was out of toilet paper. One guest in our communal area was not considerate and used open feminine product was on ground next to toilet, feminine bl**d was covering front seat of toilet and on floor outside of shower. Which was disgusting. Each time you need a towel you must go downstairs to get one. No house cleaning available. Pods were very small with limited space for 2 people to organize suitcases at once. We did have an air conditioning issue where our vent on and off felt the same without air/or with limited air coming out. Tried to solve the matter with our host who just assured us it was on. No one ever came up to check our vent, they just trusted their system. Was told we could have a fan for the second night. But no one saved us one and then they were out and could not provide us one. The rooms were very hot both nights. Their solution for the matter was to give us a humidifier and cold drink. Which was not helpful.

Excellect

Bijzondere ervaring om te slapen in een ‘hub. Gezellige algemene ruimte en bijzonder vriendelijke en behulpzame hostess. Sanitaire voorzieningen zijn netjes met gebruik van Rituals producten. Het ligt heel centraal, achter de belangrijkste winkelstraat.

Clean and great location with locker facility to store the luggages

We love city hub. It’s in a great location where you can walk to everything. It was super clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the pod-style rooms. They are small but it’s all we need for our trip. I’d definitely stay again!

Our stay was great! We were initially assigned a wrong room and the staff member was very quick and apologetic for the mistake!! Room was clean, bathrooms were clean! The lighting was fun and having the ports bedside are great for charging, would stay again!!

Too expensive

This was a very unique experience. The hub was super fun and I slept like a baby. The hot tub was perfect.. clean, hot and a wonderful way to end the night.

The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.
