We're pretty tolerant with average expectations and were not overly bothered by the discrepancy from phtos to reality but, overall, but this was a real disappointment due to cleanliness and missing amenities Negatives: DIRTY with hair in our linens, thick layer of dust, food still embedded in plastic patio table and toothpaste on the surface of shower (see photos). Not as pictured-bathroom much smaller with water heater blocking ability to sit on toilet which also had broken toilet seat, moving all the time. Remote missing so unable to use fan in bedroom. Empty shampoo/soap bottle left in shower. Wifi died on Wednesday of a M-Sat stay. All of this communicated to "staff" by WhatsApp number provided and, while they did reply somewhat quickly, there was ZERO RESOLUTION provided for any of the issues, only an apology. Positives: directly across street from metro and bus many restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores within steps, felt safe. Host does reply in a timely manner but not sure whether this matters as they didn't correct anything
