For the price, this was a fantastic room. The option to cook a meal and wash clothes right in your room is a great upgrade for paying the same price as a basic room elsewhere. The cost of that is the security deposit, advertised as £100 when I booked but actually £200 when I got to the check-in desk (this is apparently a recent change, and they reduced my deposit immediately when I pointed out the discrepancy - but this probably won't last for long).

Cleaning the terrace and fix the AC

Loved the place, roomy, clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need. The only niggle for me was the noise of the shower from the upstairs apartment coming through the vent ( pretty loud) and as I was trying to get to sleep around 11.30 at night, it went on for about 1 hour and you could hear it in the living area and bedroom. I did raise this with Reception but when we went back, it wasn't audible, but it did return as other occupants upstairs on the 4th floor decided to shower.

Very modern, almost new. Super clean and practical apartment. My apartment had an espresso machine and even a washer drier. There is even a pure gym next door if you are member there. Great to have a well stocked convenience store attached too. Great air conditioning too - you won’t want to leave!

Clean, spacious and with helpful staff. When air con failed Waly sorted easily and with grace. Good place.

Very clean. Booked in for a week. Not hassled by usual hotel domestic staff to change towels etc. Only if asked did cleaners attend. Microwave / combi oven instructions were not clear, but I managed. Really comfortable bed, powerful shower.

amazing stay for two nights with helpful staff! theres also a shop downstairs which is open 24/7 and that was such a useful amenity!
