The place is walking distance to restaurants and the train station. If you are looking for a night life this is the perfect place to stay since it is close to a lot of known restaurants. The room is clean and the hotel manager is also helpful with our luggages.

【いいところ】 ・駅からホテルまでとても近い！ ・荷物を部屋まで運んでくれる。スタッフに伝えれば。 ・オーナーが日本人ですか？ってレベルで、日本語が上手で、日本語で話も通じるので、とても聞きやすくてよかった。 ・電車も路線が3つあって、明洞やトンデムンなど出やすかった。 【気になるところ】 ・電車の線は多くて便利だけど、若干、路線と路線の間の距離が長く歩く。 ・ホテルにエレベーターがない。 →スタッフに伝えて持ってくれる。 ・部屋は狭いので、スーツケース広げるのがちょっと大変。 ホテルは、シャワー浴びて、寝るだけ！でいい方は、かなり満足できるホテルだと思います！

地點方便，好近鐵路站，夜市附近 共用空間設備足夠，房間乾淨 唯獨不足隔音比較差

It was super clean, comfortable and close to a fun hip area with subway and tons of local restaurants and fun markets. Easy check and out. Amenities for every need. I would recommend booking for an extended stay. Room size was pretty good. Shower in bathroom took some getting used to! The bathroom products were awesome. Staff was super helpful with luggage and any questions. Kitchen and common area was very nice. The in room laundry was a huge plus. Everything was awesome. Would stay again for sure.

Best value

The hotel seems recently rennovated so it is very clean with great amenities. It is very quiet during the day and even at night. It is very convenient to have the room with the washer and dryer inside the room for a long travel. Everything was great except the size of the room being so small.

Perfect for a weekend. It was clean and in a great part of the city.

We didn't use the kitchen. But our room had a refrigerator, a microwave and a washer/dryer combo. Most hotels don't have a washer/dryer combo, that alone is a compelling reason for us to choose Beyond Residence. Plus there is so much cheap/good street food just outside of the hotel that there was no reason to cook at the room/hotel. In relation, we wished the washer was bigger as we had more clothes to wash but that is not the fault of the hotel.

観光などアクセス第一であれば立地は非常に良いです。周囲は夜かなり盛り上がっている場所なので、女性1人とかはお勧めできません。
