Suite room we booked was clean and big. The television should be in the living room and not the bedroom as was not convenient to watch in that position.

Unit was awesome... Complete with kitchen, washer and dryer, and living room... All in new condition. Lots of storage and breakfast was great.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It’s modern, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a sense of space and comfort - perfect for unwinding after a full day of sightseeing. The layout of the room is cleverly planned, making it feel both functional and inviting. The amenities, both within the rooms and throughout the hotel, are truly top-notch. Everything feels new and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience of quality and care. That said, one area that could be significantly improved is the security. Currently, there is no access control for the gym or even for entering the hotel premises, which means that anyone - including passersby or nearby construction workers, could potentially enter shared spaces like the gym or the bathrooms/ toilets. This is particularly concerning as the gym includes male and female bathrooms with showers, raising safety and privacy concerns for guests, especially female visitors. Despite this, we would still return to stay at this lovely hotel, as everything else exceeded expectations. However, it’s essential that the security measures are upgraded to ensure a safer environment for all guests.

Loved loved this property. It was certainly our favorite hotel during our trip. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul.

Hotel itself is large and kept in excellent condition and the location itself is great, but there is a lot of construction around one area, although it's not disruptive. Lobby was well staffed with Korean and English speakers and my 2 rooms were ready and available 2hrs before official check in. My only disappointment was that the second "bedroom" has no door and the automatic light in the doorway is extra sensitive to movement and extremely bright for whoever is staying in there. Otherwise, very pleased with the bathroom amenities and spacious master bedroom. I didn't get a chance to check out any other areas like the co-working space, recreational area, or gym. There's still a lot of open office space in the lower floors, I'm curious what will open there in the future. Looking forward to another stay in the future, will definitely recommend to friends and family who want a great rest while exploring Seoul!

駅から近い。明洞、広蔵市場も徒歩圏内。目の前にコンビニもあり。部屋は広く快適。

Très bonne expérience, l’hôtel est de bonne qualité. La literie est magnifique. Le personnel est très réactif. Dès que nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Seul petit bémol il y a une cuisine ce qui est très agréable mais aucun ustensile. Je ne vois donc pas l’utilité d’avoir une Cuisine !!!! Pas d’assiette, pas de verre, pas de couverts!!! et un petit bémol pour les odeurs d’égout parfois. Sinon je recommande tout de même cet hôtel, j’ai passé un très bon séjour avec mes enfants.

どこに行くにも便利な立地で良かったです。 キッチン付きでしたがお皿もカトラリーも頼まないと用意が無いのでプラスチック製でも置いてあると良いなと思いました。新しいビルなのにエレベーターのボタンが外れていたりと施工は少し不安な建物でした。

너무 깨끗하고 친절해요. 위치도 좋아요. 종묘,창경궁,창덕궁, 청계천 등 다 도보권이요. 역세권이라서 지하철 편리해요. 특히 친절하고 깨끗해요. 시설도 최고입니다. 조식 너무 맛있어요. 다음에 또가려구요. 조식도 먹을거예요. 계란후라이~너무 좋아요~감사합니다♡♡

Hotel centrale, vicinissimo a stazioni della metropolitana e fermate degli autobus. Molto confortevole e silenzioso, avevamo una quadrupla dotata di ogni confort, con anche lavatrice e asciugatrice.

The hotel is very nice. Near to all kinds of stores and dining options and transportation options . The front desk are very good.
