The resort was beyond my expectations. The preview pictures don't do it justice. The condo was huge - two stories, fully supplied kitchen, washer/dryer, large dining/family area, good sized room with two beds and a full bath, and large primary room with walkin shower and tub. While a bit dated, everything was in great condition. The location was fantastic. Beautiful views from the resort. Great location, near shopping and restaurants. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

We were on a family vacation to Sedona with our two teenage daughters. It was our first time in Sedona. Arroyo Roble was in a perfect location with restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. The unit was perfect for us. With two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, and kitchen, there was plenty of space for privacy and to sit together as a family. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Pool and game area was also very nice especially after a hot day out seeing the sights!

Super quaint set up. Loved the fact that it was a condo, felt homey & perfectly located to uptown Sedona!! We were able to walk around comfortably & take advantage of the tours available close by. I’d stay here again!

Fantastic view and large room

Would absolutely stay here again. The unit was spotless, comfy and roomy. Beds were comfy. well stoked kitchen with all cooking items available. No spices etc if that's what you are looking for. Washer and dryer in unit did a nice job. Laundry soap provided! A bit dark with all the dark wood but helped to keep it cool. The grounds were well kept. Enjoyed the pool and recreation areas. No restaurant or bar on the grounds but a short walk up the hill was any kind of food you would want. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

Very nice stay

Fantastic property for families! Amazing pool, sauna, steam room, sport courts etc. The accommodations are very well laid out and spacious. Would return and recommend!

Main selling point is the great location. Ample parking but spots are narrow. Steep hill to walk up to the shopping and dining. No on site breakfast. Bed was not very comfortable. 1 patio and 2 terraces but view is obstructed.

We had an overall great stay. The hotel had a great location and the suite had the perfect amount of room for our family. It was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Sedona with a family.

The grounds were impeccable. The resort fee is well earned with lots to do. Staff was helpful at all times. Villa interior decor was outdated and warn but still clean and comfortable. Great value for the money. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic couple of days here. The only amenity we needed and the unit didn’t have was an extra blanket. But overall excellent!

The location is perfect. Right on the heart of Sedona but tucked away enough to feel secluded. All the amenities you can ask for and more. Great clubhouse. Spacious rooms.

I can’t help but wonder if they took a hit during Covid and can’t quite recover. Nothing has been updated. There was a full kitchen space but very little in the way of kitchen basics. It was very basic. The sign in and out to use the amenities seems stingy and paranoid and very dated. There was a lack of warmth all around from the people working there. There were cheerios in the fold out couch which made me feel pretty grossed out. The cleaning staff however were friendly and accommodating. There is a lovely courtyard in the center which is pretty rundown but the fountain when it runs is lovely as are the trees all around. I wish they had updated the outdoor seating area. There was litter scattered off of our back deck near the pool. The pictures of this place are beautiful but the actual space doesn’t measure up. Seems they might be struggling financially. Updates are needed everywhere. The location is great.
