Truly one of the best hotels in the world. The decor is modern, but bold and beautiful in an impressive building with huge ceilings and doors. The staff offer some of the best service we’ve ever had, without being stuffy. Location is great. We had a room overlooking the river, but the building is set back and we decided that courtyard views might be a better option, if you don’t want to be woken by emergency vehicle sirens. Other than that, you can’t hear road noise and the bed and pillows were superb. If you are considering a stay, book now!

Diane at breakfast was wonder. The msn who checked us in was also wonderful, giving recommendations. One thing I did not like mattress too soft. Overall great wonderful hotel

The hotel is great! My 20 something child and I were both wowed by this hotel. We both loved it! This place is magical. The roof top bar is fun! The food was amazing at the hotel. We ate there 3 times.

부다페스트에서 가장 최근에 지어진 오성급호텔이라고 해서 기대를 많이 했고 가격도 사실 가격도 저렴하지 않았습니다. 하지만 조식을 제외한 모든 부분이 기대에 비해 만족스럽지 못 했습니다. 과거에 스테이했던 노보텔과 인터컨 그리고 크라운플라자, 기타 가성비 호텔들과 비교해 봐도 그다지 메리트를 느끼지 못 하겠네요. 저는 솔직하게 비추하고 여기가 왜 오성급인지도 솔직히 잘 모르겠습니다. 과거 방콕에서 킴튼 말라이 호텔에서의 만족도 높았기 땜에 이번에 더 실망스러운 것 같습니다. 제가 부다페스트 에 다시 온다면 절대로 이곳은 택 하지 않을 것 같습니다. 물론 스위트룸은 다를 수도 있겠네요. 제가 말씀드린 것은 디럭스 킹 베드룸 기준 입니다. 다른 분들께도 도움이 되었으면 좋겠습니다.

Nice new design forward hotel, well located. Everyone was really friendly. Would absolutely stay there again. Top 3 improvement opportunities: pillows, dust at the bar on bar “scales”, quality of food. Nevertheless, i thought it was great value.

We had an excellent stay together with our dog, who was just as welcome as any other hotel guest. They had provided an extra dog bed, a bowl, and even a bathrobe. Our dog was welcome throughout the entire hotel, and we found the service simply unique and wonderful! We would be very happy to come again

We had a lovely 4 night stay here. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the room was very peaceful and quiet. Especially loved the spa with hot tub and steam room/sauna, and how easy it was to walk everywhere from the hotel. We would definitely stay again for our next trip to Budapest!
