We found cockroaches and lizards in the room. Smelly sheets and uncleaned bath towels. The bathrooms were dirty, and there were stains on every corner and tile. Restaurant food tastes okay, but kitchen cleanliness is poor.

Clean and covenient. Helpful staff. Walking distance to Trade centre and MIOT hospital.

This option was not easily available online. many of my colleagues booked some residencies rented out and those turned out to be disastrous for them. For chennai trade centre related activities kuber inn was very convenient. 3 star hotel with good indian breakfast. I left early morning on my last day at about 6-00 am and wanted a packed breakfast (sandwich etc) which i was denied.
