Hotel did not allow us to check in....even after confirmed booking... dont know whose fault it was booking company or the hotel

Overall the hotel is very good, but i want to point out some problem that i feel need to be address 1. The food services need to be more versatile in terms of timing, the food lounge open after 8 am in morning, so you canot get service before that so its is problematic if u have a early program and you want to have breakfast early, so hotel management shall open the food lounge bit early . 2. There must some Locker,or hanger for the clothes to hang, there is totally no locker or hanger for your clothes to leep....its very disappointed....
