A bit rough and rugged. Staff were helpful with tours etc. Ordered food from the hotel and it took over an hour to come and wasn’t hot. Location not great, need to get tuktuk most places as no uber. Wasn’t the most comfortable place.

Hasmat was excellent

The staff provided friendly and resourceful service. The travel desk effectively arranged sightseeing tours for guests. However, the rooms needed a fresh coat of paint, and the bathrooms required renovation to enhance their appeal.
