Book only for location. Hotel charged my senior citizen parents extra money for the front room which was not shown while booking. AC didn't work and neither did the wi-fi. we have booked this hotel about 6-7 times in the last 1 month for multiple trips by family, would switch to a different chain now considering the staff behaviour towards regular customers.
