Air India flight delayed missing connecting flight resulting in not being able to stay either night paid for. Called to cancel and no English spoken. Very bad introduction to India with additional expenses incurred from issues outside my control yet Expedia still gets paid while all additional costs are at my expense with numerous inconveniences.

Inappropriate opening of our room door without knocking or verbal announcement. Extremely noisy metal screen/ doors from the hotel and restaurant.

When I arrived, the hotel manager said this was the wrong hotel. However, this was clearly a lie, and she had simply been offered a better price for my reservation. Now I had no place to stay. As a nice kick in the teeth from Hotels.com, they refused to refund me for the stay, saying it was booked under a non-cancellation ploicy. First and last time I will use this service. If you support this kind of business you only have yourself to blame for why corruption is ruining this world.
