My stay at Sagar Residency was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this property to anyone. I had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but after staying only 1 night, I decided to leave because the experience was so poor. The overall condition of the property was not as expected. The service quality was very disappointing, and the facilities did not match what was promised. The room experience was uncomfortable, and I did not feel satisfied or relaxed during my stay. I regret choosing this hotel for my Pondicherry trip. I strongly suggest travelers look for other options before booking Sagar Residency. This was one of my worst hotel experiences, and I would never stay here again.
