🇨🇦 backpacker I stayed 6 days Feb/march 2026 Booked garden room but upon arrival I was met by the excellent host Juanita and was upgraded to the ocean view room beautiful view 🙏 her and the staff most excellent ! Everhing in the room most excellent too Great view and little pool on top deck with lounges and mini fridge 🤗 great stay thank you 🙏

It was just a 1 night stop, on our way from San Pedro Belize to Playa Del Carmen. It was OK The bathroom was clean. Pick-up/drop-off provided was convenient. We didn’t get the room that we booked; instead we were given a room that has 1 sunroof window; no view of the outside. Our room was like a dungeon. MOSQUITOES buzzed around and kept me up all night.

Is very nice place quiet and accessible, right at the port , is very small town and no much to do there

Service was incredible, the room was beautiful and the location was amazing. The rooftop pool was great, too!
