Stayed in the room with a loft. Was three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Very well maintained and clean. One of the best complimentary breakfasts we had on the trip. Was continental but also had scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage and good coffee.

We were very happy with our stay!The room was nice, spacious, and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.We especially loved the layout of our room, particularly the upper loft bed, which made it unique and comfortable.The location was also excellent and very convenient.We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay there again.

The property was great! It’s clean, has everything we needed for our stay, the staff was super friendly and we were very comfortable. The only downside was getting to the property. If you’re not from Edmonton or know your way around, it’s a little tricky.

Pros -Big TVs. -Large rooms. -Strong Wi-Fi. -Under ground parking. -Good coffee. -Five minute walk to West Edmonton Mall. Entrance is close to Galaxy Land. -Walking distance from many restaurants including Boston Pizza, and McDonald's. -Liquor store and barber shop in same building. -Free parking. Cons -Not much of a choice for breakfast -We tried to check-in a half hour early but were told there would be a $25 charge even though our room was "technically ready." I didn't think that was good customer service. -Kitchen didn't have plates, cutlery, paper towel etc. -Extremely low water pressure.

Was a great place to stay and close enough to WEM to not need a vehicle all weekend. Can quickly let wife shop till she drops and I take bags back to room, rest and go back to grab more bags. Underground parking is great too. Trucks fit.

The room was huge and clean. There was a kitchen area with a god size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a dishwasher. It had a couch, a nice desk, and a big TV. The bathroom was modern and had a large shower stall. The breakfast was decent and had a fair number of things to choose from. Overall, I was very happy with the room and the hotel. The hotel is across the street from the West Edmonton Mall so there are many dinner options over there and things to do, especially for kids.
