Family of 4 adults used the hotel as our starting point for the Camino. Pre-arrival communications and App were great. When we arrived earlier than check-in time, we made use of the available lockers so we could tour Bilbao. Rooms were clean and spacious. However, the air conditioner or water running theough the open pipes kept some of us up most of the night. We didn't use the kitchen, but there was one for those staying longer than one night. Great economically priced and centrally located hotel for Bilbao.

Falsely advertised. Not a hotel. Breakfast down the street and skimpy.

El apartamento es muy bonito y cuidado en general. Hay algunos defectos como lampras sueltas, television no conectada a la red o el suelo del banyo levantado, pero el gran problema es el ruido. Cada vez que pasa el tram por delante o alguien coge el ascensor de la finca, tiembla todo el apartamento.

Very well presented property in the heart of Bilbao. We were in the accessible room, where the bathroom was not as well designed for tose not requiring accessible facilities, but the stay was very enjoyable.

Excellent location in Bilbao for exploring the city on foot. In easy reach of the old town, Guggenheim, funicular, shops. The bus from the airport stops 8 minute walk away. Very clean, modern and quiet accommodation.

Among the best locations in Bilbao with walking distance to the main attraction sites. We got a spacious 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. Self check-in was straight forward. It is a bit expensive though and you have to pay for any extra.

Det er første gang jeg har opplevd at balkongen blir tatt vekk under oppholdet. Det ble ikke gjort noe renhold eller tømt søppel under vårt opphold fra lørdag til onsdag.

Overall a very positive experience, our only suggestion is in Room 103 is some more practical storage and a dustpan and sweeping brush being supplied. Excellent location in walking distance of all areas of the city and close to Metro station to head out to the port and beach
