Yes food is as fresh. Room was cool

Avis mitigé, le lieu est magnifique, le petit déjeuner est super et l’emplacement est parfait. Le personnel de la réception est adorable. Cependant, nous avions la chambre pour 6 et le ménage n’a pas été fait durant nos 3j, de plus nous étions vraiment à l’étroit et pas du tout pratique pour étendre les serviettes etc en sachant que la pièce était très humide avec une odeur nauséabonde. Le personnel du restaurant n’était pas sympathique et ils ont proposé une soirée BBQ assez cher qui n’en n’était pas une.

This hotel was lovely. Situated on a cliffside with access to a part sand/part rocky beach, it provided a lovely oasis. There was plenty of greenspace to relax and watch the sunset. The pool was refreshing, but often crowded. The restaurant had amazing food, particularly for vegetarians. And prices were very good. The service was a little slow and not clearly organized, but the staff were all kind and helpful when asked. We stayed in a family room which was clean and comfortable, but did not have a balcony. If the opportunity arose, we would happily return to Bambuda Santa Catalina.

Recomiendo este lugar porque es placentero. La vista de la playa es hermosa la habitación, cuando entras huele a limpio, es ordenada y confortable. El staff o personal que te atiende desde el que te cocina quien limpia, todos son muy amables. Un agradecimiento a Guille, el manager, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Todos los muchachos y chicas que atienden, siempre cordiales y atentos. Algunas veces, la gente hace al lugar, en este caso se cumple totalmente.

You definitely do not want to do a garden view room as you're just looking at a tennis court and a basketball court that have been somewhat abandoned. There are a few amenities in the room, no refrigerator, hair dryer or coffee maker. For hotels at this price, those are some of the things I believe should be included.

Clean room, a/c cold, nice grounds. Oceanfront but with no beach. Restaurant was fair, they did this “Family Night” every night which meant no ordering from the menu, (making it sound like it was a social event which it most certainly was not ). Staff very friendly but the guests were all ignorant and crabby… get a life you young folks and try smiling!

Sserie WhatsApp de lhotel. Bref sejour mitigé. Chambre propre et bien aménagée. En revanche tres bruyante. Extérieurs tres décevants. Aucun paradols et transats en nombre tres limités. Plutot un bar de piscine qu une piscine ou il est impossible de nager. Accueil à la réception catastrophique. Par ailleurs notre statut expédia gold na pas été pris en compte malgré 2 réclamations une à loral et un via lamessa

The room was great . Staff friendly. One thing to improve on was the music. It was so loud that you could hardly carry a conversation in the restaurant.

The pool was great and they had a large common room with air conditioning and games etc. A pool table but not in the aircon. The room was listed as 27 square meters, maybe it was but if so, nfortunately, probably 15 of those were bathroom. The room lights were dim and often didn’t work. The restaurant food was not very good and other restaurants were quite a far walk. The keys and gravel ares (carry your luggage) were a pain. There was no cold drinking water and nowhere to cool water. You couldn’t even buy it, you had to pester the already overburdened staff for ice. To have the posted dinner options you had to let them know at some undetermined time. The staff had minimal English and seemed very poorly trained. They had to search a computer screen to submit what you ordered. Everything went slowly. The best breakfast was the granola with fruit and yogurt. The final day I had cold poached eggs with cold bacon and cold toast. The butter and fruit were warm. When we needed assistance it was laborious and throughout they were texting asking how they were doing. The wifi was good. The parking lot was chaotic if you were walking or driving.

A lovely 5 night stay in the flagship room at Bambuda resort. Stunning grounds with a 180 degree ocean view. Staff were super pleasant and helpful. Restaurant is good especially breakfast. We had our daughter with us and her dog, Bruno with us and he enjoyed his stay as well ❤️

Great stay, awesome staff, good food and drink options, clean, beautiful views, convenient location. The only thing I would note is that the property isn't directly on a sandy beach like I thought it would be from the photos... it's a 3 minute walk :)

Absolutely incredible stay! I would recommend this place to anyone - not to mention that Santa Catalina alone blew my mind! Beautiful beachfront, incredible food, and cute rooms :)

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was nice for a couple, not for what I needed, but it was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay and enjoy Santa Catalina and surroinding areas! Gorgeous view!
