The check in process is very confusing. First, I can’t receive email properly and then they sent me an expired check in link. Finally, they directed me to their website which I can’t scroll up or down. BE AWARE, the hotel charges 5 EUROS each suitcase if you store yours, both before check in and/or after check out.

객실이 넓고 깨끗했고 세탁기도 있고 큰 냉장고도 있어서 좋았어요. 숙소가 마음에 들어서 1박 더 연장했을정도로 넘 좋았어요. 직원도 친절하고 숙소 위치도 모든곳에 가까워 좋았어요. 더 오래 있지 못한 아쉬운만 있을뿐 불편한것도 없었고 모든게 다 좋았어요.

The location was absolutely perfect! Since all the main attractions were right in front of the hotel, it was incredibly convenient to go out sightseeing, come back to rest, and then head out again. The staff were super friendly, the place was spotless, and I loved the interior design. If I ever come back to Granada, I will 100% stay here again!

Perfect central location in the heart of Granada, easy walking access to all the main sites. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of a busy street but our room was extremely well insulated from the commotion below. Air conditioning works great. Washer + dryer combo is very convenient. The unit is very new and extremely clean. Helpful staff.

I was so very grateful for the kindness and responsiveness of the staff when our plans changed and we arrived much later than we had hoped. It was a genuine relief to be so graciously welcomed after midnight. The recommendations for the nearby carpal were also incredibly helpful and made our short stay so easy and carefree.

We had an incredible stay at this apartment and my only regret is that we were only there for two nights! The location on Gran Via de Cololón is unbeatable—right across from the stunning Catedral de Granada and just steps away from the amazing restaurants tucked into the charming side streets. Also, there is a bus stop less than a minute away where you can hop on the bus to Granada Bus Sation. I was initially worried about the noise from such a bustling area, but the windows are high-quality and effectively shut out every bit of street sound. The interior is beautifully decorated, the amenities were fantastic, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. To top it off, communication with the staff was seamless, making the whole experience stress-free. I was genuinely sad to leave and would highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Granada!
