I cannot get in the property.

Aparcamiento ideal, enfrente mismo del apartamento. Falta de conservación, algunos colchones para cambiar, la calefacción no iba, menos mal que habían 2 radiadores. El personal perfecto. La ubicación lo mejor

The location was excellent, within a short walk of the majority of city attractions. There were many bars and restaurants nearby, offering a large variety of experiences. The apartment was spacious, adequately fitted and furnished but a bit dark. I was apprehensive about check in and access to the apartment but it was easier than I thought - the day before or of arrival you are emailed a code which gives access to the front door of the building for the duration of your stay, this same code grants you access to your individual apartment - quite straightforward. Any maintenance requirements I had were dealt with immediately and efficiently. I would stay there again.

Good location and nice clean apartment with goid facilities easy raccess with remote access codes supplied.

The bathroom could have a plastic shower curtain to avoid water all over the place and a bottles holder.

Well presented clean apartment with all the necessary essentials. The property was easy to find and entry instructions were clear and concise

I have to rate this property low for several reasons. 1. I think had they self basics like salt and oil if would be a nice touch. The kitchen had nothing. And usual you can at lease expect salt 2. The minimum I expect is a good night sleep. Out of the four nights, I was sleepless for 2 due to noisy guests in other apartments 3. Poor communication. I was told after the first night of not sleeping (noise until 5 am ) that I should contact the emergency number so they could deal with it. I did so the second time if Happened and no one read or replied - so not really an emergency number at all. Lastly i asked if they new a taxi service and also got ignored Basically this is a basic stay. Don’t expect much

Parking was quite a walk but it was right down near the museum and shopping area. Host was a good communicator. Great value

Dans l'ensemble c'était pas mal, la vaisselle n'était pas complète.

great contact support -- this has to be for a contactless checkin - so all good there. As a customer , you are always wary of how check in will go

A bit difficult to drive to,and to find parking.B ut it is in the middle of the city center,close to all you want to see:)

Muy buen lugar, muy céntrico y cerca de restaurantes, como de lugares de interés histórico.

All was good great location , easy to find from public transport hubs, would be more than happy to stay there again.

No está estába en óptimas condiciones de limpieza, las sartenes y utensilios de cocina sucios, las habitaciones y el piso no son de acuerdo a lo que mostraban en las imágenes, y adicional no está bien presentado el baño, la ducha con una cortina que no está óptima.

Todo perfecto, un apartamento para mí solo....genial!
