The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town and within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay.
Sound insulation is extremely poor. My room overlooked the inner courtyard where the reception area is located, so I could not keep the window open because conversations from the reception staff were very loud and carried directly into the room.
Another issue was the door access system. Instead of traditional keys, the hotel uses a keypad code. Every button press produces a loud beep, which became very disruptive at night. Guests frequently returned late, forgot their codes, and repeatedly entered six-digit combinations, creating constant noise while I was trying to sleep.
The bathroom also had a persistent sewage/canalization smell, which made the stay even less comfortable.
Considering that the hotel was not inexpensive, the overall experience was very disappointing. The combination of noise issues, unpleasant bathroom odors, and lack of comfort made it poor value for money, and I would not choose to stay here again.
