This is a standard mid-range hotel in Lima, built with an old house which is always nice, offering a comfortable bed, a good bathroom, and exceptionally clean accommodations throughout. The breakfast was also typical for this category of hotel, with fresh fruit, muffins, eggs, a variety of juices, and other standard offerings. The only reason I marked the hotel down slightly was that there was a bright light outside my small window, which meant the room never became completely dark at night. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It offers good value, especially for travelers coming from the United States, and is located just one block from Kennedy Park in Miraflores.

I was in two different rooms Both were badly designed, cramped and lacking in storage options. I can not in good conscience recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The hotel looks brand new and has its own strong style (although I wouldn't qualify it as boutique in the western sens of the term), and look like a remodeled house which is pretty nice. At the time of our visit, it looks they were actually still working on some improvements or storing materials to do so. Breakfast is basic but good, and served in the coffee shop that is in the hotel, but open to other customers, so it can add a bit of wait. Location is great, next to plenty of restaurants.
