部屋はシンプルでアメニティも必要最低限でしたが メインの観光地から徒歩圏内でこのお値段ならとてもコスパのよいホテルだと思います。 スプリトには少ない、ある程度の部屋数のあるホテルなので、常にフロントにスタッフさんがおられチェックイン等スムーズでした。 この街はほとんどの方が観光メインで ホテルで過ごす時間はさほどないでしょうから充分なホテルだと思います。 数階建ての建物の　1階の部屋が101〜　地下1階が201〜　地下2階が301〜　のような少し変わった構造で 1階の部屋にアサインされましたが 内側廊下側に窓があり少しプライベート感はないですが 部屋の圧迫感はありませんでした。 バスルームも広めでした。

Very nice facility, friendly and helpful people. Arranged a 3am shuttle to the airport. Highly recommend this place!

Less than 5 minute walk to promenade/ marina. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Room was super clean. Extremely grateful for the air conditioning! Staff member, Harry, was so very helpful with directions, tours, public transportation information and recommendations for restaurants. Very quiet neighbourhood. Would gladly recommend Split City Rooms.

I had been a bit sceptical when I read that the rooms had no windows as the hotel is underground, but I was in for a very pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I could want. A/C meant it was cool and not at all stuffy. Given the location so near the old city, I really don't think this price could be beat.

Just a walk around the corner from Split’s Old Town. It was absolutely incredible to have such a convenient location. I stayed here on a solo trip; the staff was accommodating and helpful in navigating the area. The room was spacious and clean. Only thing to note as other reviews have mentioned, the room’s window faces into the hotel since it is underground. You are able to close it just fine and let’s be honest - you’re not spending much time in your room if you’re in Split.

Great easy stay , 5 min walk from all the downtown action . Rooms were spotless and clean. Only downside is there are no windows in any room, room 110 was the most sunlit.

Interesting, hotel underground although doesn’t feel like it in the lobby. Rooms have indoor window only. A bit noisy, water through pipes and other guest coming and going
