Well, its first impressions that count most !! Drove into the resort and thought fk me its a dump, litter and rubbish visible etc. The "recepion" sic area was no better, all very poorly rundown etc. The pool ? Yeah nah not today The restaurant ? Closed The coffee shop ? Closed The guest laundry ? Rubbish and non operating machines Other guests ? Was interesting being verballed by a drunk angry local at 7.00 AM on xmas day. The room was actually clean and kind of renovated. Memo from this time - dont always trust the photos !!!!!

Unorganised, dirty, wrong room didn’t stay

Were told no breakfast even though booked through Expedia.

Unit was dirty. Accommodation was run down. There were not enough eating utensils and drink ware for two people. How can you wash up what you use when there is not even a plug for the sink or a tea towel.

Nice place when arrived to check in at 2pm it was closed.

They tried to put our 3 guests into a single room and then said it was our fault for not understanding the website

I’m not sure if they cleaned the room before we arrived. There was soap and opened shampoo bottles left in the shower still.

We had low expectations and we were still disappointed

I had booked and paid for 2 nights with breakfast but upon seeing the room I raised my concerns with the manager as I was then told to leave the premises as he would not let me stay in any rooms of his. I want a complete refund

Great place to stay as it is near the town and not far from the Gorge. Staff was awesome and allowed me tlo check in early.

The receptionist is very friendly, he helped me with the luggage. Room is comfortable and clean, they have a big front yard with beautiful view. The location is not far from town but enough to be quiet at night, they also have electric gate for security. You could have breakfast buffet with the discount price 15$.
