Really nice hotel, well located in a nice area of Rome and within walking distance of all the sites.

Will give it 5 if the air conditioning was properly working! I ask for a fan and they said they don’t have them. The ac was on 13 and blocked! The heat was horrible I couldn’t sleep and traveled with 2 small kids !

Room - 7/10 - in our bathroom there was not enough space to put toiletries and hang things, bathtub drain needed attention. staff - 9/10 elevator 4/10 location 10/10 breakfast 6/10 Airconditioning 8/10 internet 6/10 Cleaniness 8/10 The overall experience was great. thank you.

Great boutique hotel in Monti, convenient location, just outside the main attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The breakfast has a great selection of food, our family really liked and would recommend it!

A fantastic location easy to walk or use metro. It was a very friendly, sweet, comfortable room. Would highly recommend for a Rome city break.

Location is ideal for walking to the sites in Rome . It’s clean tidy and modern.

It was a god stay as its a great location, however Hotel advertises it as 4-start its definitely not a 4-star as there is no room service, room size is small compared to the price, bathroom has no exhaust fan and that makes you very uncomfortable Its a 2-star hotel. Reception desk is very friendly and helpful

I loved the location and surrounding areas of Monti and its close proximity to the colloseum. Staff were friendly and the hotel was comfy and well air conditioned, though the bed a a little firm. I was a little disappointed the hottub area was not on.

We loved this hotel and wished we had found it earlier in our trip to Rome. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfy and spacious. We loved the little touches like biscotti and chocolates in the room

I loved the location! I planned this trip to be in walking distance of most of the must see sights of Rome and this worked out perfect. The staff are great and the hotel was very clean. Definitely use their airport transfer services. They ended up being cheaper than the other options we found.

Lots of great things to say about this property and why you should consider it. Location: 20 min walk to the Colosseum and 50 min walk to the Vatican where you can pass by the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Staff: Super helpful staff they did all they can to help make our stay the best possible Breakfast: 12 Euros for a great breakfast spread that was available from 6:30 -10 am. Room and Hotel: room was clean and well organized with water and biscotti provided free of charge. The hotel has great outdoor piazza and inside lounge and bar. If we go back to Rome we would stay here again.

The room we were in was facing a Court yard there for it would not have any breeze going thru the room making it very difficult to sleep in extreme hot temperatures. No way to cool the room. Staff was professional
