When I first checked in to the hotel the lady at the front counter was nice and very polite she told me I would be charged a 75.00 incidental fee and it will be credited back to my account in 30 business days. I thought this was odd that they would hold my money for so long. The next day the airport shuttle driver was sleeping in the lobby and I was told by the receptionist that the shuttle would not be ready until 5:00 the shuttle driver was very rude and confrontational asked me if the bags I was handing him were mine I said yes to the four bags. As he was driving he made an announcement to all the passengers that this shuttle operates on tips and said unfortunately that’s just the way it is. One passenger confronted him about the comment he made when we arrived at the airport he said that his comment was very unprofessional and I said yes it was and I don’t appreciate being strong armed into paying you for a service that is provided by the hotel.

Our flight was canceled, so that is how we ended up here. The main reason we chose this place was because they had free shuttle service to and from the airport. That was a huge convenience as we had already parked our car for our trip. The rooms had been recently renovated. They were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was outstanding! They served so many things including eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, oatmeal, fruit, and cereal. We will definitely stay again when we are flying out of New Orleans.

This is an "upgraded" motel. As a solo travel I did not feel comfortable here, I connected with some of the staff who also recommended much better last minute options. The room had a horrible smell to it that the staff said was "air freshner".

Clean room. Asked for the floor to be mopped again. No fridge or microwave. Check in and out was easy.

Comfortable, low cost room, convenient to the airport

They tried to put me in a room that was still under construction. Paint buckets everywhere, drop cloths, dirty.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The shuttle buses from the airport and to the airport the next morning was great. Thanks for all the help with our questions in making our stay more comfortable.

The staff is attentive, helpful, kind, & friendly, & the room is comfortable & spacious! It’s the perfect hotel if you needed one close to the airport.

Staff was great, room was really good. Area is a little run down, but that’s New Orleans… so…

Clean and new looking

The floor was disgusting, it sweats and my feet were damp all the time I had to put towels down to walk on. They also mislead you with there photos this was nothing but a low budget motel.

My flight out of New Orleans got cancelled and I had to make a last minute reservation. The hotel was clean and close to the airport. The gentleman working the desk was full of bad jokes, but was beyond helpful. He made the stay benjoyable for the group of us who were stressing to get our flights rebooked. The Ramada is a no frills hotel at a reasonable price if you need a place to stay near the airport.

Facility is not the nicest but is clean and safe.

Bugs in the bathroom. Horrible smell. Toiletries outdated. A/c couldn’t cool the room. Not ADA compliant.

Hotel was nice. Staff was nice. Very close to the airport. The shuttle was convenient. Pool was very nice. Area around the property is rundown. There are definitely some long-term residents at the property.
