Room was small. Loved the location. The walls to the rooms were thin as we could hear everyone around us. Fortunately we were very tired from travels so not too much of an issue. Staff was very nice. We paid in advance but there was an added room tax?

We only stayed one night but found the beds very comfortable, the rooms clean, the staff very helpful and there was a great restaurant right next door.

While staying in this hotel, we had an incident where a man walked into our room with a key that worked at 3am. When I woke up and went downstairs to reception, the ma n working laughed and said he is drunk. The fact he was drunk had nothing to do with the fact his key had access to our room. The next morning, we wanted to speak to the manager to see if we could have the second night refunded so that we could stay somewhere else. The best she could do was offer free breakfast and the advice to put a chair behind the door as 'these things happen'.

Shockingly poor communication and customer service! Honestly avoid at all costs. Charges your card without authorisation, ignores messages, was left standing in the street for ages in the middle of night trying to check in.

Ho soggiornato con i miei figli adolescenti in un appartamento molto grande, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i confort. Siamo stati benissimo. La metropolitana è sotto casa e si arriva a piedi sulla Rambla. Nei dintorni consono supermercati, ristoranti, forno, bar. Non manca nulla!

Everything was great, staff was friendly and helpful, though the hotel's dining area on Sunday morning was not cleaned. The room was clean. There is construction on the street of the hotel.

Super fin service ved indtjekning. Fik dog først ved ankomst at vide at den lejlighed vi havde booket lå 800 meter væk fra selve hotellet.! Ærgerligt at man skal slæbe sin bagage rundt så langt. Dog fik vi en taxi fra hotellet til lejligheden betalt.

Clean and accessible to everything.

20 min walk to everything... La Rambla, beach, Olympic Stadium etc... Vibrant local part of the city, but still family friendly. Kids loved the apartment. Would recommend to family's of 4 with children over 6...

Clean and nice room but also very Noisy from the Streets and depending on the guests in the Next room also from inside. Location was Great for us and wie Coud get to our Spots in Short Time.
