Amazing hotel with great atmosphere. Great location - just by the city centre. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This hotel was in an awesome location. The staff at the front desk were very good. However, the housekeeping needs serious improvement. The hotel bathroom in ourroom continuously smelled of urine. And the rooms were not cleaned well daily. Housekeeping was not friendly at all. However, the hotel and coffee bar, as well as the other restaurants located in the hotel, were great. If you are looking for a solid location and don't mind bringing a clothespin to cover your nose every time you go to the bathroom. This is your place and location are a 10/10

Ideal gelegen und schönes Hotel.

Meget hårde senge og ekstra senegene som var sofasenge var egentlig fine. Men der blev kun lagt et lagen over som skøjtede rundt på senegene, så de lå mest krøllet sammen. Morgenmaden er lidt tamt eftersom der står det er i topklasse. Aircondition larmer en del - måske derfor der er ørepropper tilgængelig. Men hotellet ligger dejlig central og det er en virkelig flot bygning.

Beautiful well kept Hotel in a excellent location. Easy to access from Tram and close to gorgeous Old Square. Nice design I. A 500 year old building. Would recommend and restay when in Poznan.

Deilig med bra aircondition på varme dager. Beliggenheten er helt topp. Litt lytt både inne og utenfra. Frokosten var ikke all verden men med gode frokostplasser rett rundt hjørnet kommer vi til å bestille uten frokost neste gang. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Nice hotel in a great location.

The location of the Hotel was superb, literally in the Old town a minute walk from the old Square. The Hotel itself was outstanding with numerous historical features dating back to the 15 hundreds. Classy room with air-conditioning, marvellous breakfast choice and very friendly helpful staff. Could not rate this hotel highly enough.

Veldig fint og stort rom, sentralt, veldig god frokost. Vi likte oss veldig godt og kommer gjerne tilbake ved neste anledning.

We had a superior room which was rather tired and in need of a refresh and modernising. Ridiculously small duvet didn’t cover the bed! the fitted sheets were also too small and prone to coming off exposing the mattress. TV didn’t have any English channels. Note: The hotel is on a party street with music booming away until 4am on a Saturday morning so definitely pack your earplugs or join the party. Guy at the reception desk was not warm or friendly.

Não gostei nenhum pouco. Para chegar ao hotel foi uma aventura. Local sombrio, em uma rua escura, quarto escuro. Única coisa boa foi a cama, muito confortável.

Nice, charming hotel in the city center. Good design, a mixture between old and new. The elevator goes through a library, that leaves room for imagination. Also excellent breakfast.

God beliggenhet, rolig og fin frokost

Beautifully decorated hotel from the lobby & restaurants to the rooms. Oliver at the front desk was very helpful and also the girl who worked the afternoons (I didn’t get her name) gave a delicious food recommendation. If you go to the bar then Jacob will go out of his way to find the perfect drink for you. Everything in the old town area was within easy walking distance. Great place to stay when you visit!
