Room that we booked was not given at check-in. Felt like a scam, yet it was a human error. They changed after quite a hustle and waiting time, but got the one without view - so still not the correct room. First room smelled terribly of odour. No hand soap in bathroom - conditioner was positioned there instead, seems legit… Half of spa not working, which was a shame. The only thing that was gold was breakfast, but not the reason for coming here. Better places with reasonable prices nearby.
