La suite la recibí muy limpia y tiene una gran vista al río Guayas.

Comunicación fue excelente, muy atenta, quizás el único inconveniente es que vinimos en época de lluvia, y como VIP amenities, estábamos supuestos a recibir parqueo, desafortunadamente el parqueo no fue en el edificio, y movernos con tanta lluvia y tantas maletas pues si fue un inconveniente. Aparte de eso no hay absolutamente quejas, la locación fue perfecta. Muchas gracias.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes, farmacias y sitios turísticos. El acceso fue muy sencillo. Por dentro, el departamento es muy cómodo y con una limpieza óptima. El soporte de los anfitriones fue de primera. Estuvieron pendientes de nosotros todo el tiempo.

The property is close to one of the nicest areas in Guayaquil! Transportation is easy to get, and is close to the water front!

The apartment has everything you need to feel at home with a beautiful river view. The area is very safe and you can walk at night.

I stay for one night. Very convenient, clean, safe and comfortable.

From doing check in everything was a nightmare. Apartment owner was rude and treated me to cancel the reservation even when it was paid and i did provide the receipt for it to him and the person helping me with thdi issue from hotel.com. we found roaches, broken lights, mold in the bathroom, weed smell daily in the halla, next door apartment screaming and laughing until 3am and customer service in the lobby was rude. No visitors are allowed unless you pay extra per visitor even if the meet you at the lobby. If you want to uae the lobby bathroom they will charge you more. Will never recommend and give zero stars to it. Im a weeky traveler, trust me when i say dont stay here you will regret

Don Marcos fue muy excellente con toda la estadia. Muy buena persona y nos acomodo en todo lo que nececitamos. excellente en todo! GRACIAS por la muy buena experiencia.

El departamento tenía mal olor, en una ducha salía agua sucia, en la otra muy poca corriente de agua. La verdad se paga bastante para tener este tipo de inconvenientes. La ubicación es buena.
