El personal de recepción sin educación No reconocían mi reservación me decían que porque usaba aplicaciones que podía pagar en recepción Posteriormente me fueron a tocar en la noche para que quitara mi comentario de su mal servicio lo cual se me hizo de pésima educación

Great recommendation from the front desk for a place to grab supper! Good location for what we needed. Room was decently clean. Had a corner view of the ocean which was nice. Street was busy but because of its location that was expected.

La vista a la Bahía

Desconocen recomendaciones de la ciudad como restaurantes, el hotel es caro para lo que ofrece ya es viejito y huele a humedad

Se ve un hotel que requiere mantenimiento de sus muebles, no hay elevador (aunque sólo es un piso), la chapa de la entrada complicada para abrir y se dio aviso al lobby (me dijeron que ya se lo habían reportado), almohadas de calidad inferior.

Conveniente ubicación frente al mar, cerca de la estación del tren Maya y aeropuerto.

Bastante tranquilo, una zona bastante accesible y lo mejor, con vista a la bahía

Muy bien para una sola noche, definitivamente le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones y un poquito más cuidado con la higiene, pero el personal fue muy amable y estuvimos muy contentas una sola noche

The photos online are deceiving, the hotel looks nothing like what it offers online. It is rundown and doesn’t look like taken care of. The room had tables that were scratched up, the shower needed some work, the view was great (panoramic) but the glass in them needed some caulking. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. We did not stay even 1 nite we wound up somewhere else. Do not rent here unless you look at pictures that they advertise and what it really looks like.

Although the Hotel Noor is a bit older, we found the staff was wonderful, helpful and truly kind. From the front desk to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone was very cheerful. Obviously, the rooms have a beautiful view of the water with Belize clearly visible from our balcony.

No creía en las opiniones pero si tuvieron razón está vez ..tele de los 90s,señal mala de WiFi sales del hotel y recuperas la señal,de limpieza no es tan buena deberían capacitar mejor al personal
