Clean and specious. I totally recommend for travelling with family

Clean, new apartments with minimalist but comfortable furnishings. Good value. Apartment was very good size and balcony is a nice plus. Also good to have a great cafe on the main floor.

Unit was clean and spacious. Smart tv didn’t connect. Entering the codes for the elevator and the room was tricky, having to press green checkmark before the numbers…. It took a while to figure it out.

No concierge, pay attention to your email communication with staff. They send all the access codes and stay details. Overall, very nice place to stay at. Affordable, near Laval University.

A good place, great value for the money we paid for a one BR apartment home with a kitchen. Has basic amenities.

The pillow smells bad. Not clean.

Nous étions dans un très joli studio avec balcon. Vraiment l'impression de rentrer chez soi après une journée de randonnée ! Tous les accès sont sécurisés par des codes distincts. Un petit espace laverie est mis à disposition sur différents étages. Les échanges mails avec l'Administration, sont très fluides et rapides. Le parking sécurisé est très appréciable. L'immeuble est situé en face du campus universitaire et est bien desservi par les bus en direction du centre ville. Nous recommandons 🤗

Séjour agréable, cependant quelques améliorations peuvent être apportées : - le réfrigérateur givre et dégivre, cela fait de l'eau sur les aliments, j'avais 2 bols pouvoir les vider : à voir si réglage possible -nombre de vaisselle (assiettes/couteaux/fourchettes/cuillières) à augmenter car très limitée -vitres vraiment sales -dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un accueil en cas de besoin

Property itself was clean and spacious. However, getting ahold of someone was very challenging. We didn’t receive check-in details until almost an hour AFTER our supposed check-in time. We wanted a relaxing start to our trip but it became stressful because of their late response to messages and calls. We started calling and messaging the day before our arrival and they failed to provide details in a timely manner. We also noticed that they overcharged us for our parking. They advertised $20 per day but we got charged $105 for 3 days. We will be disputing this. The property was great but the service and overcharging negatively affected the experience.

Nice apartment, with a very spacious living room and nice rooms. However, I couldn't make the air conditioners in the rooms work, only in the living room. Another detail is that there is a somewhat confusing information about parking about free or paid. Inside it is paid and outside it is free. But other than that, it's okay.

Customer service is superb. Prompt and very responsive

Overall experience is superb and location is convenient. Very clean and quiet. One slight suggestion over summer, if each bedroom can have a fan will be great!

Excellent concept qui permet d’avoir son petit appartement à Québec. Juste en face de l’université, le café Smith au premier étage et la pyramide juste à côté pour les commodités. Le stationnement intérieur est un gros plus.

The apartment was lovely, spacious, clean and bright. Contactless check-in was easy and convenient and we appreciated the safety features of the building (keypad locked access points at parking garage, main doors, stairwells and elevators- as well as room doors). There was an issue during online checkout where the property attempted to overcharge me, getting in contact with someone was challenging (they said because it was a Saturday morning) and communication was poor (did not receive a call back as they said to clarify that the issue was resolved).

This place is wonderful. Large and clean appartment with all commodities next to Laval University. We had a great time. Convenient restaurant and grocery store nearby. Cafe Smith on the first floor. This is our second visit there and we strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at a good price in Quebec City.
