Zimmer sind sauber, schön und die Fenster sind relativ gut lärmmindernd. Wir wurden sehr nett, späte abends empfangen. Einzig mit der Klimaanlage hatten wir etwas Probleme. Diese ließ sich nicht ganz ausschalten bzw. fing sie immer alleine mehrmals in der Nacht zu laufen an. Das war etwas störend. Da diese doch etwas lauter ist und ein komisches Pfeifen zu hören war. Frühstück ist okay. Ein bisschen mehr Auswahl an verschiedenen Joghurtsorten und Gemüse hätte ich mir gewünscht.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are okay with very good bedding. The hotel weakest point is the duration of the check-in. This is something they need to improve.

So comfortable beds, we slept so good which was thankful since we were on the road from Croatia. Quite rooms. Breakfast staff was extremly friendly and I got nice help asking what I could eat since I have celiaci. Good variety on breakfast. The coffee from the machines was surprisingly great, which is usually rare so thumbs up for that. City centre is a short walk away. We visited Der stier restaurant which is also wonderful. Super friendly town and serviceminded people. Overall we had a wonderful one night short stay in Graz and will definitely visit again next year.

Difficult place to park in front of building to load and unload. We arrived before 3 pm and the room was ready but they wouldn’t let you check in or pay 30 euros. The TV wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it because maintenance people leave by 4 pm. Manager came to my room and verified and was kind to give us free breakfast.

Stayed over F1 weekend. Very close to train station, which was great, but the housekeeping was lacking. I had the same dirty coffee cup and spoon sit in my room for three days when it should have been replaced daily. Otherwise, an okay stay. Rooms are very tiny so not a lot of room for suitcases and general movement.

Toppenhotell med allt man behöver.

Air conditioning was fantastic during a heatwave, room was very comfortable. However our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days straight despite us asking the front desk on the second day.

Great Hotel, clean, friendly helpful staff, 2 mins walk to the station and 15 minutes from the centre of graz, close to trams as well.

Von der Rezeption bis zum Service personal alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet, und mit 3fach Verbundfenster hört man keinen Straßenlärm

Frühstück war in Ordnung, hätte mir von einem "neuen Konzept" aber grundsätzlich mehr bzw. anderes erwartet.
