Estudio muy cómodo y limpio.

Muito bom o quarto, limpo, sofá cama ótimo para dormir também. Nada a reclamar. Tudo ótimo.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I have had with an accommodation. Not sure how much they paid for the other five 5 star reviews but it is certainly not a 5 star accommodation. The elevator broke after riding it up to our 5th floor apartment, stranding us there. Luckily we found the emergency stairway at the other end of the apartment. The reception closes at 5:00pm and doesn’t open until 9 am and the emergency help desk did not respond to our messages for help, just sent out a canned response telling us to contact reception which at 10:00 pm was closed. There were also no towels, so we had to wait until 9:30 when the towels were finally delivered to shower and start our day. The kitchen has absolutely no condiments… not even salt and pepper. There was one dish cloth but no paper towels. The door handle on the bathroom door was broken and came off when you tried to close the door potentially trapping you in the bathroom if you weren’t careful. Apartment was sparse and very cold with concrete walls and minimal furniture. There was a broken cabinet door leaning against the wall outside our apartment and the apartment next door was abandoned. Also if you fail to close the front door quickly enough, a loud siren goes off for about a minute. Happened to us as well as a few others at 4:00 am in the morning! On the positive, the bed was comfortable. The address is the same as one in a really bad area of BA, so you must be careful when searching for it on gmaps.
