Bed wasn’t great. Other than that great stay.

shoutout Freddy and his espresso, he do need to tamp a bit harder and increase the temp.... but so yummy and shoutout the bald young man and the other guy they were so cool and helped us with whatever we needed and even called my phone when I waited a while and left because the line up for the desk was too long 10/10 service would come back. :D

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were awesome. So helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Newly renovated, very clean, great water pressure in shower, yummy East Indian restaurant.

Freddie assisted me before my arrival with accommodations needed for my stay. He was there when I checked in and I was impressed by his customer service. I have traveled all over the world and he gave me the best service. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The Skky hotel is so convenient when flying out of Whitehorse on the early morning departure. Clean room, comfy beds.

乗継で宿泊。 空港から歩いていけて便利。 22:30のチェックイン、5:50のチェックアウトでした。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでテキパキしてました。 部屋は思ったより天井高く広く清潔で満足でした。 価格もこの辺りでは適正、とにかく乗継のみなら立地が良い。

The customer service is always awesome. I've stayed here many times. Almost every single time without fail though, their cheaply put on headboards have fallen off onto me. 3 times this has happened in 3 different rooms. They're only held together by nails and velcro... One of the previous times my boyfriend had forgotten his apple watch charger and his Lululemon pants and they were taken from the room within a few hours. We called back the same day asking for them in the lost and found and they were mysteriously not there.

The staff was all friendly, worked well to keep everything tidy and it was a great stay.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always have a great experience. Freddy checked us in and was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and hotel is conveniently placed.

The front desk was so helpful

Clean room, friendly staff. No elevator which would have been difficult for people with luggage if your room was upstairs. No restaurant open for breakfast. There is an Indian restaurant in the hotel but it is only open for dinner. The mattress in my room was narrower than the metal frame it was on. I hit my leg several times getting out of bed. It is right across the street from Whitehorse airport but there is no shuttle service, so you either have to walk (which could be an issue in winter or if you had lots of luggage) or take a $10 taxi ride. There is not much else around the hotel. Next time I would stay in downtown Whitehorse.
