Everything we found was perfect and we had two complaint and it needs to be rectified. The pool, sauna and gym are a separate identity and the cost is not part of your accommodation. We were under and I presume other guests were when booking that this is all part of the establishment. From their point of view it is those facilities above are on the first floor and the hotel is on the third floor. The only other issue that we arrived very late at night and were confused until we found the lift. I think it would not hurt to promote exactly how to reach the third floor hotel.

The room was small and compact but had a great shower. The only downside was the mattress was a little too hard for me The staff were very helpful and the property was very secure with the reception operating 24 hours. Overall the property is good value for money.

Rooms kinda small. Staffs are friendly. The surrounding area is a bit noisy but overall safe and gives a chill vibe

Me and my family checked in for only three nights, but it was probably the best hotel I’ve ever been to with my little daughter and wife. The hospitality was amazing. Could not ask for better people that worked from the Cleaning to the front desk and the manager kid friendly, the manager I believe don’t know his name. Maybe Goran helped us even bring suitcases to the car. No other hotel will ever do that. I highly recommend this place.

Super friendly, clean and location. Loved free access to public spa and swimming facilities located downstairs. Initially tricky to find due to the leisure facilities below but everything else pretty much spot on.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are lovely and the staff are great, nothing is too much trouble and they are very good at suggesting things, i would definitely give them all 5 stars.

The staff and service at the hotel were excellent. All the staff spoke English well and were very supportive. The room was small, but very comfortable and clean: excellent value for money. It's a safe place to go if it is your first time visiting Serbia. Highly recommended.

Yalnızca resepsiyondan ve odalardan ibaret spor kompleksinin bir katında yer alan ufak bir otel. Çalışanlar oldukça güleryüzlü.

Otel, Belgrad merkezde yer alan Taşmeydan parkının hemen sonunda yer alıyor ve özellikle Nikola Tesla müzesine çok yakın. Ayrıca birçok ulaşım, yeme içme seçeneklerinin de ortasında bulunuyor, parlamento binasına da kısa mesafede yer alıyor. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve ilgili.

Great central location, clean modern rooms and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.
