The room was very clean and the staff was friendly, however, the check in process was a little hard since they lack communication with their team! Other than that I highly recommend.

Ubicacion, comodidad, limpieza

NOT A HOTEL. Hostel is a more accurate description. Pictures are deceiving. Check in issues took 30 mins to resolve. Constant issues ranging from broken AC units dripping water to broken key codes. Wish I could’ve asked for a refund but couldn’t properly communicate my issues in Spanish. Will look into a refund from Hotels.com

Nos encanto el lugar , super bonito, limpio, la vocina super dotada, la camas user comoda. Lo unico que nos parecio por mejorar es que el baño tiene una pared de vidrio opalizada hacia el cuarto lo que hace q se vea la persona cuando se esta bañando.

If you need to stay for more than one day, find another place. I stayed here for a week: the wifi was out, the bed was broken and the window in the bathroom doesn't close. I spent days messaging the "help desk". The help desk is a so called 24/7 text line that only communicates during certain hours and when you are messaging the automated service, it will reset the conversation after asking how it can help you so you have to begin the conversation again. Absolutely, nothing was done. It's not worth the "savings". The view is nice.

This is a really nice to stay. In a great area and just a 2 minute walk to the mall-Unicentral. Plenty of shopping and a good supermarket-Jumbo. Close to the airport. The room was very nice and roomy. It has everything you need. A really nice and clean bathroom with good hot water pressure. The only, thing check in takes entirely too long-45 minutes and then I got the wrong code for the room.The pics advertised is not the room I thought I was getting. But overall, it's a really nice place to stay. Well worth staying, simply because it has everything, and close to the mall and the airport. Great stay thanks

There was a problem as we booked a one bedroom family apartment and were given a room with two queen beds . No one took ownership / responsibility and this diminished our sleeping / accommodation experience
