La atencion del personal muy buena

O hotel é limpo é só. Pois o café da manhã é uma miséria e uma fatia de abacaxi a mais você prepara o bolso pq a conta vem! Diz ter água quente, porém precisa esperar 50min e avisar com muita antecedência que horas vai tomar banho, e a água no chuveiro é igual uma chuva fina molha bobo. Melhor tomar banho na mangueira do jardim que tem mais pressão. Localização pessima, longe de tudo. Você vai precisar alugar um mulle para conseguir se deslocar na ilha. Funcionárias pouco prestativas, você pede qualquer coisa e a primeira fala delas é não. Mesmo sem compreender o que você está solicitando, que no nosso caso foi o básico. Avisei que tinha algum animal no forro do meu quarto e ela falou que é normal e não teria como verificar, fiquei 6 dias escutando um animal com unhas andando sobre o forro das 2 da manhã às 5.

La experiencia en esta propiedad fue muy buena. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, el personal fue amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno estuvo fresco y con buenas opciones, y la alberca se disfrutaba bastante, estaba limpia y bien mantenida. En general, es un lugar agradable para descansar y lo recomendaría.

The room was clean. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Dealt with anything we brought to their attention. The grounds had everything you could need to stay in and have a quiet day.

The service was great. The place was clean and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is great. Everything was wonderful.

Getting to the hotel was no issue and the man that checked us in was very nice. However they offer a service for food after 6pm, it took 2 hours to get our food and it was only a hotdog and a hamburger. On top of that we paid for it right there since the option to pay later and charged to your room was also available, we did not do that. We were charged again at the time of checking out of the hotel which is preposterous, also the lady that was in charge of the guests that day we had our food came to the hotel and claimed that we had indeed not paid when we did. She claimed that her boss was checking the cameras and at no given moment we were seen paying for the food. At no point did we even get to see the cameras of the place. The lady was very nasty and very condescending towards us when we were only trying to not pay for a service we had already paid for. However the area is nice.

Todo fue excelente, todo el desayuno, la atención, el amor de los que nos atendieron, la limpieza y aún las las iguanas y lagartijas jejejee era hermoso.
