There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished.

Very new and clean. No check in desk. You’re emailed an access code that needs to be used throughout the building. Make sure to check your email for the code. That was the only snafu to an otherwise great property. Right next to a grocery store.
